Shipping policy

Your Heirlooms by Natalie orders always come with fully insured shipping and will require a signature upon delivery. Heirlooms By Natalie cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. We recommend choosing a delivery date that allows for at least a three (3) day buffer from when you need your package in hand.
